Abilities: Matsuka's been a latent MU for a few years before his powers started to emerge. At first, he's more or less a low level MU, but his abilities develop quickly after meeting Keith initially, perhaps out of desire to keep Keith safe. They include telepathy, faint precognition, mild projection, superhuman speed, electric blasts, psychokinesis, extremely quick reflexes, and empathy. Matsuka's powers intensify greatly when he's in a stressful fight or situation. He can also stop bullets with his bare hands.
